Can we help you?

Welcome to Headway. We aim to draw on skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience gained since 2005 to offer a fully comprehensive, personable and bespoke support service to children, young people, parents and schools.

Here you will find a range of services we provide. Need something different? Support packages can be constructed based on an individual’s or schools needs, so please don’t hesitate to contact to see how we can help.

This is not a quick fix, but it is effective and relevant. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone. He relates well, builds confidence and makes teenagers see things from a new perspective.

Meet Andrew Heaton

My journey began as far back as 2005, initially helping out voluntarily in junior football coaching sessions. In a short space of time, I progressed onto coaching and junior management, which eventually led on to a BSc(Hons) degree in Sports Coaching at the University of Huddersfield.

During these early years, I developed a real passion for supporting and educating young people, enhanced further by undertaking various roles across the education sector, including safeguarding, academic progress, mental health, wellbeing, online safety and other pastoral areas.
